Any Electric Supply Company, Inc. has been in business for over 54 years, having been
incorporated on February 2, 1942 Mr. Herman Rainsboro was the President and principal

him as Secretary/Treasurer. After James Donaldson retired in 1980, Peter Donaldson

respectively. In September, 1996, the EMCB has advised that although Peter Donaldson
is still the President, he has retired and is no longer active in the day-to-day management.
